We know that high delivery volume during the busy holiday season can cause delays for you and your carriers. Between November 17, 2024, and January 11, 2025, we’ll update the delivery speed promise targets for Prime eligibility and delivery speed thresholds for Prime badging to account for these delays, and help offer Prime members a wide range of products. These changes will apply to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), seller-fulfilled, and Amazon retail offers.
We’ll update delivery speed promise targets in Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Belgium as follows:
Low-price and standard-size:
Oversize:
Extra-large:
We’ll also update the delivery speed threshold for Prime badging. The fastest 85% of Prime-eligible offers in each store will receive the Prime badge, provided they have a delivery speed of 6 days or faster in Germany, France, and Spain. Cross-border offers shipped from outside the EU into the EU (such as shipments from the UK to Germany, France, or Spain) will be Prime badged as long as they have a delivery speed of 9 days or faster in Germany, France, and Spain.
On-time delivery rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and Cancellation rate requirements as well as the delivery speed thresholds for Prime badging in the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and Belgium will remain unchanged.
We appreciate your efforts to deliver a great experience for Prime members this holiday season.
Regular Prime eligibility and badging requirements will resume from January 12, 2025, as outlined in Seller Prime programs.
