If you’re taking time off over the summer, or plan to work on public holidays, we recommend these steps to protect your seller-fulfilled order performance metrics.
Set up holiday mode
Set your account to holiday mode in Shop status and holiday settingsto avoid missing orders that could affect your performance. This setting temporarily removes your seller-fulfilled listings on product detail pages and in search results.

Manage your holiday settings
If you plan to send seller-fulfilled orders on public holidays, go to Settings > Shipping settings > Holidays to change public holidays to “operating days”.
