A shipment that does not meet packaging and labeling requirements may result in a shipment rejection during pickup or at the fulfillment center, a partial or “item-level” rejection, and a notification to remediate packaging or labeling of the rejected items or pallets. A non-compliance fee or send shipment fee may be imposed for a shipment rejection.
